After shopping at quite a few countertop/hard surface wholesaler / distributors, we finally picked out a very nice slab for our countertop at CRS. When we called back to order it, it had already been sold. Naturally, we were devastated as we had been looking at slabs for weeks. Enter our Hero! Ms. Woodeline "Woody" Parker. She spent a lot of time and finally located a very close match from the the same type of Quartzite, and the slabs are on their way. The day is saved! Woody helped us the first time that we shopped at the store a couple of months ago. Everyone that we have dealt with at CRS is nice and very professional, but none hold a candle to Woody. Needless to say, she made a great first impression. She has been in this business over 10 year and she really knows her stuff. She was extremely patient and was able to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns. She was also not at all pushy which we loved. We have been back to CRS on a couple of other occaisions to look at slabs, and we always ask for her. She responds to telephone calls and emails at light speed. She is a very clear, concise and thorough communicator. Woody is also just a genuinely nice, knowledgeable person! As a consequence of the customer service and treatment that we have received, the wife and I will not deal with anybody but her and CRS for our hard surface needs. I highly reccomend Woody and CRS should you have need for a hard surface/countertop materials! Mark K
