Working with JL Cabinets was easy and fast. I went originally for kitchen countertops and a couple of days before install decided to add a bathroom counter. Anay was super helpful in getting everything set up and they were able to install everything at once!! I highly recommend them. Thanks!

JL is very professional and had competitive pricing. I had JL install quartz countertops in my bathrooms and they did an excellent job. I got quotes from other local companies but JL had the best timelines and prices by far. They have many selections for stone and customizations and make it very easy, providing sinks for counters. JL also can do demolition and removal of mirrors if needed. The office staff are very nice and prompt to answer questions and their showroom makes it easy to see different options and styles. I'm very glad I worked with JL and would recommend them for other counter projects.

I was referred to JL Cabinets by my awesome Austin realtor James Watson and they did not disappoint. JL demonstrated business integrity which is a quality that can be hard to find these days! Read on for how they did the right thing and stood by their work.I needed a quick remodel of my old 80s galley condo kitchen. I worked with Martha who was amazingly knowledgeable, professional and detailed. She helped me pick out materials that fit my small budget and we accomplished everything long distance (Im on the east coast). She was responsive to all my emails and kept me informed during the entire project. Martha was more than a sales rep but also wore project lead hat. As with any project, there were a few hiccups and this is where JL Cabinets earned my respect and why I am taking the time to write this review. The installation crew accidentally removed and disposed of a part to my garbage disposal when they removed the old sink. However, JL made the situation right by reimbursing me the full original cost of the garbage disposal! The crew also forgot to extend the dishwasher electrical wire to another cabinet and again JL showed integrity by reimbursing me the cost for an electrician to run the wire. If you choose to work with JL, I hope my experience will give you the peace of mind that they will stand by their work and go out of their way to satisfy the customer!

Horrible experience with this company....at least in N. Austin. They clearly don't care about your business. I guess they were too busy for my kitchen job. Rude sales person and zero follow up. So, unless you are looking to remodel your entire house for tens of thousands of dollars, this is probably NOT the company for you. They literally did not give me the time of day. They actually sent someone out to measure and STILL did not follow up afterwards. I really wanted to shop local and not big box it. Thankfully, I found a wonderful company elsewhere, while still keeping it local. I mean is a little customer service too much to ask for anymore? I strongly recommend you do NOT use this company. There are other companies that do care about your business with great customer service and follow up. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, however this place is a waste of your time.
