I ordered online on the 25th of June the flowers, sent them 3 emails asking to confirm, but they never did. I ordered again online with another credit card on the 27th. In their website they say they will send an email confirming, they never sent. I sent another email, they never replied. I asked to cancel, because I wanted to guarantee my friend would receive flowers for her birthday and bought in another place, but still they didn't reply! I live overseas and couldn't call. It's insane they don't reply.

The birthday arrangement with flowers and a balloon looked great with the handwritten note and chocolate. I thought the website looked sketchy, but everything turned out well, and the price was reasonable, so overall good stuff.
