GB Design House has great customer service and is super timely ! I ordered matches and napkins for my wedding and they exceeded my expectations. I had a drawing needed to be converted to vector format and they were able to help me in order to make my vision come to life! I LOVE the quality of the matchbooks as well as the shapes, sizes, texture, etc. SO GOOD.

The GB team went above and beyond! I was worried, I wasn't going to be able to have such a customized order taken care of but GB was so accommodating and helpful I can't even begin to express my thankfulness. Highly recommend.

What a terrible experience with this company! They cancelled my order without first advising me because I requested a color they didn't offer (even though it was pictured on their site). I found it extremely odd that they wouldn't just ask what color I wanted instead. Extremely unprofessional, takes a long time to reply to orders, and I found better work elsewhere with much more pleasant customer service. Very rude people. STAY AWAY!
