Rachel was an awesome woman who took her time and should much love and concern for our wants and needs and gave us awesome service. She was outstanding in helping us find what we wanted and helped us keep within out budget of how much we wanted to spend and she was so passionate and patient with us. Amazing!! Jay, Rachel and Guadalupe were so kind! They stayed after closing hours to help my fiancee and I get our rings together. Definitely would recommend buying your rings or any type of jewelry with them, great customer service!

Jay was a great friendly guy. Knew how to get everything done quick and even set me up with a little something extra I didn't even anticipate buying when I came in. Don't hesitate in this zales.
