Ray has done multiple projects for me over the last year including busting out a wall and putting in a glass-wall, new flooring, a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel as well as updates in our guest rooms and roof repairs. The craftsmanship of his teams work is amazing and you can feel good about the quality. One of his guys Dale is great! He is very trustworthy and I felt good leaving him at the house to work while I had to leave. Ray takes the time to tell you his opinion on projects and is honest if he thinks it will add value/be worth it in the long run. Whenever I got additional bids he was usually in the middle price wise but I would rather spend a little extra to get the work done right. He was also much cheaper than most. My husband and I changed our minds several times on materials and kept adding items like a fireplace and Ray was happy to work it in and work around our schedule despite it being a busy season for him and his team. I recommend SB Roofing & Construction to anyone looking to remodel and bring life to their home.
