I found Reyna Foundation Repair on yelp. They were responsive and were able to make an appointment within a few days of my inquiry. Matthew assessed my property and gave me an honest review of next steps. Given the status of my foundation didn't require repair at this time, Matthew did provide education of what I need to be aware of in the future to prevent a more problematic situation. Matthew is super responsive and thorough in his explanation and assessment. He explained the differences in what is cosmetic and what should be cause for worry. Super nice guy who just is fully transparent and can tell he’s looking out for his clients. Called him up for a repair assessment and he immediately came out the same day. Utilized Reyna Renovations for the full leveling of my home, and it's an older home that didn't have any previous foundation repair so it was a comprehensive job. Matthew was very responsive and knowledgeable about what was needed and took his time explaining not only the repairs but the estimate and full process of it. Reyna Renovations did a full pier and beam foundation repair that entailed all new pier and beams and stucco skirting. Once the job was completed, Matthew has been and still is open to all my questions and even made a trip back to my home to ensure satisfaction. The 5 year warranty on the work is also a reason we chose to use the company, along with Matthew's expensive expertise. Matthew and his team were very courteous and professional. Some damage was also done to our wood fence while on the job and Matthew was quick to ensure that it would be fixed and these days that's hard to find. We'll definitely be using Reyna Renovations for all our foundation repair in the future and strongly recommend the company. Service: Foundations
