Cristal L. Brown, MD

Dr. Brown is by far one of our favorite specialists we see with our son. She is compassionate and kind, reassuring and thorough. She answers every question, and I ask a lot. She never makes me feel over the top or silly with all I ask and is sure I have all the answers I need with our sons care. Our son loves her and her nature, she is patient with his concerns and wants him to feel safe with everything going on. We hit the jackpot!

This doctor is amazing! She talks in a language that is easily understood - & not being robotic! She showed respect for her patient and the patient's family!

What a delightful experience. Dr. Brown is a rare breed who has what it takes to put a patient at ease and ask the questions that ensures you and she both understand why youre there, treatment/recommended options and most importantly that you leave with all your concerns addressed. Felt well taken care of by her and her assistant Brandon.

Lack of empathy, can't reach anyone, poor automated phone prompts, long wait times, transferred multiple times with the same end result that someone will follow up! Diagnosed with a liver condition, not sure what stage because it has not been discussed. Labs were lost then found. Ask for a referral to another specialist & was referred to an Oncologist, even though there was never a discussion of having cancer! Been waiting since the end of November to receive medication to treat the liver & now it's the Holidays... Should be offered a job to work at this office from all the phone calls that have been personally made to the insurance company, the company where the meds are coming from & when staff from Dr Brown's office finally makes contact, its someone working from home whose dog is in the background barking.
