Very professional and kind.. I can be my joking uncomfortable self and talk easily with Dr. Landaverde and all of the corresponding staff! If you have to get your blood drawn, shes the best! I think Dr. Landaverde is very knowledgeable however, my disease is very rare and I've been going here for a year trying to figure out a treatment plan that works for me. I feel very rushed. The receptionist is very rude and dry. It's one thing to be a good doctor, but your staff should know that most people visiting this office are dying or going to die. The last thing they need is a receptionist who is rude. Every follow up appointment I feel like my concerns aren't noted and communication is not handled well. I use the messaging portal, no response. I call, no response. But they sure do remind me about an overdue bill promptly. I need a medical team that will be there for me and hear me out fully without rushing me out the door. I'm not trying to be rude, because this doctor did save my life, but I need to speak with her or the PA directly more often.
