Austin Gastroenterology: Lakeway - Bee Cave

Excellent staff here, with the tiny exception that the pretty young girls at the front reception desk need to learn to smile, and be pleasant when attempting to interact with the patient. Young peoples culture has them communicating by texting with their phones. The rest of us out here are accustomed to face to face and speaking to each other. This problem is not specific to this location. I LOVE Dr, Havemann and his staff. Just bringing it to peoples attention we need to be social again, and young people, learn how. It is actually FUN to talk with people!!

PA Laura Johnson is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Do a bit of homework and write down what you've tried, provide a complete picture of your health situation, and you will come out with a solid plan on how to move forward.

Front desk staff were very professional, kind and organized. Medical visit was thorough. She was informative, VERY patient, knowledgeable. Check out staff were great too. Leaving there after a horrible ordeal I felt so hopeful.

9/10. The facility was very nice, and the vast majority of the staff were wonderful. They were attentive, considerate, patient and kind. The male nurse anesthetist was a bit heavy-handed with moving tubes and such that it was a bit uncomfortable, and the doctor was about 25 mins late, but all in all based on my experience I would absolutely recommend this practice.
