        Always quick responses. When I called today, they picked up on the 1st ring, couldn't help me but directed me to someone else. Called her and she picked up right away and gave me the options I required.

        I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 16 years and at first I was a little incensed about having to pay a little extra for water and waste. However, over the years I've come to really appreciate the extra testing of the safety of our water by an environmental company. In light of what is happening in Flint, Michigan, I am even more grateful to them. Additionally, I have always received top-notch customer service any time I have called the company, or gone up to their offices.

        Kristi Hester does not answer her phone and has no VM set up??? And sent me a demand letter without knowing the facts, and misspelled Sevren Trent (wrote Seven Trent) on a legal demand letter. Not cool.
