I had a fantastic experience with Adrian at Junk Out Boys! I needed to get rid of a couch as soon as possible on my move-out day. I booked the free quote same-day and received a call quickly to confirm the best time. He worked with my schedule and let me call him back once I knew whether or not Salvation Army was able to take all of my stuff. He also gave me helpful advice on what I could do with some other stuff I was trying to get rid of. I originally decided not to have him take my couch, because I wanted to see if I could maybe still donate it somewhere. Then I changed my mind when I realized I wasn't going to be able to donate it due to some tears in the corners and just needed it taken care of asap. He accommodated me by coming back to my house after his other jobs even though it was getting a bit late (and even on a day that had horrible weather). He also kept me informed of his arrival timeline. I'm so thankful it was taken care of quickly that day so that I could move on! Thank you!

I had a very sensitive move out of my moms apartment and belongings. Adrian and his team were compassionate regarding the circumstances, gave me great tips for getting the job done, and professionally loaded and took away the unwanted items. Great experience during a difficult situation.
