Jake from Ramsey Garage Doors in the Northport area came and fixed it the same day. He communicated well and did an excellent job. He found a few other things that needed attention, which increased the cost, but I'd rather deal with those things BEFORE they become an urgent problem (or worse, a liability). Good service.
