The nicest trade showroom in Austin. Great selection on the floor, more options to order than my clients could ever need. Service is top notch and order process is very thorough.

I purchased a large sectional sofa over $7k. Having done months of research before making such a purchase I thought I was making a smart purchase. Upon delivery of the sofa (white glove, paid extra) the part than was supposed to hold the sectional together wasn't sent. Took several weeks along with phone calls and emails to finally receive the piece that my husband and I had to put together, even though we had paid for the delivery men to do this. Within the first two weeks we noticed the backs of the couch (pillow) were literally falling on our heads when we sat down because they were breaking down so badly. I had to send several pics and lots of calls and emails before I could get Mary (the owner) to respond. She had the cushions replaced. The new replacements began to do the same thing, only worse within the first two weeks. Again, many calls, emails from me to try to get someone to take care of this. MY NEW 7K COUCH LOOKS 20 YRS OLD! no pets, no young children in the house, no reason for it to be doing this. Mary tried to put it off as though it just was because the couch was slipcovered. I finally managed to get Mary to come to my home, the minute she saw the pillows, she said how horrible it was, that she had never seen anything like it and would have all the cushions replaced. Insisting that it would be within 3 wks (that was months ago). I still have no replacement cushions, have called Lee Industries with not much help there either. The most frustrating part is that there has yet to be an apology from anyone, or an offer to help make this right. OH, and the reason I purchased a light colored slipcover? Mary insisted that they had this great program for an extra $200 you could spill anything on the sofa (food or body fluid) and they would pay to get out the stain, and if they couldn't, they would replace the cover. I tried to have them clean a small potato chip grease stain, but apparently there is not anyone in my area to help with that. REALLY? my area is 20 miles from the store that I purchased the couch. SAVE YOURSELF, buy somewhere else. There is no customer service available at Caffrey's.
