Matt did a wonderful job repairing some bad planks on my engineered wood floor. The fixed area blended in perfectly with the existing flooring. He responded quickly to my questions and finished the job overnight. Will definitely hire him again for future projects.

I guess someone had to be the unlucky one... Scheduled an appointment 1 week out, took 2 hours off work to wait for the visit, and the person goes MIA on my attempt to confirm the appointment. 15 mins before I get a message saying that "something came up" and the person won't be showing up. Then ask if they can come the next morning. Then sends another message saying they're on their way. I am not at this person's convenience, I work like everyone else, so I had to go back to work and nothing will come of this. If this is how they work when I am trying to give them money, I only imagine what would happen when they do get paid.

What a great experience! Matt was very communicative, gave good advice, and his team was easy to work with. They went above and beyond, even coming back extra days to adjust small details at my request. The finished work is excellent!
