My company uses Saveday for our retirement accounts. I recently got an email from Saveday saying my email address had been changed and to contact them if I didn't do it. I did not change my email address so I called them immediately, and left a message saying I didn't change my email address. It's been 3 days and I still haven't heard back from them, and don't have confidence that I will hear back from them, at least not until they read this review. It's great that they offer retirement plans with low fees for small businesses, but considering that they are custodians for tens of thousands of my dollars. Not hearing back for several days about a potential security threat to my account is unacceptable, and they need to do better.

I have been using them for almost a year now. My employees have saved up a nice nest egg so far. We had a few minor hiccups along the way but the Saveday team always responded promptly and fixed anything that wasn't correct. It is very easy to set up and simple to operate. A very valuable benefit to provide for small business to keep employees happy. I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience transferring to SaveDay. Moved over from ADP and the fees are so much lower for my company!
