Taco Bell

First off the mobile ordering hasn't been working its off or something second the driver thru is so slow that your food is sitting there getting cold and the last thing is my order was wrong and cold because we sat there in line I ordered 3 crunchy tacos the way they come and 3 soft tacos with no lettuce the man at the speaker even confirmed only meat and cheese correct ? I said right only the soft tacos no lettuce so the screen reads right I pay my receipt reads right they hand me my bag that had obviously had been sitting there then I get home they are cold and they have lettuce the food was cold and I couldn't eat it the lettuce was soggy just disgusting

This restaurant is a disgrace to Taco Bell they need to be shut down or need new staff or management. They cannot maintain their operation. Forget ordering Uber eats from them it will never arrive. They turn drivers away.they are rude. They refuse to update their hours of operation. They are a complete mess. I order from another taco bell further away because dealing with them will ruin your entire day. Complete waste of time and disgrace to Taco bell. I have never seen or heard of a Taco bell that operates like this in the entire United States since its existence. I don't even write many reviews and I have tried with them so many times. From what I have read below I'm not then only one. Stop lying about your hours of operation and just change it to unknown. This place is never opened past 10pm. What a joke.

Stood at the counter for past 6 minutes while every employee walked right past me. Either just looked at me and walked away or didn't acknowledge I was there. Then when I finally asked someone for help and said "I'm sorry, but it's just a little unprofessional for noone, not even a manager to ask I needed help with anything. I was the only person in the lobby standing infront of the register. Then the young girl rolled her eyes and went around the corner by the drive through and laughed. There are 7 employees and not one could take 1 second to ask if I needed to order. I hate putting reviews because it can make others who are professional look bad but wow I've never had that happen before. It was crazy!

Zero stars. Employees didn't show up to their shift or cared enough to leave a note so customers like me sit in the Fkn drive thru like a fool and while multiple cars piled up behind. Only one car was in the parking lot. Y'all trash

This is the THIRD time I have visited this location in the past 3 months and each time they have been "closed". One time, no one came to the window. At this point, shut the location down and put something else in its spot.
