If I could give these guys half a star thats more of what kinda service I got . Ordered online an showed up an no one would answer to the drive threw or at the window. The employees all walked to the back where they couldnt be seen .. smh super sad Taco Bell . This location has always sucked an I lived in Austin 30 years . The training must not be well enough for employees to know how to keep this store running during normal business hours . Super sad

A few months ago I posted and gave this location a 1 star review. However, it seems as though new management has taken over and it shows! The staff are kind, friendly, and work so quickly. I can only hope that theyre actually paying their employees well, but Im happy this Taco Bell is back being efficient and delicious.

I pulled up at 11:56 PM after not eating all day because I had a model shoot. I was told that theyre closed even though it was before midnight and it says that it closes at 1 AM on Google. Im hangry :(

Ok Taco Bell. Waited in line for 30-40 mins. Wasnt provided a receipt. Then told they didnt have any taco sauce- fine. But what was more sad was when i got home and found none of my tacos/items had lettuce - they could have mentioned they didnt have anyor seriously just closed.

Created an account, Placed order online, Paid for it,, Order ready on tracker, pull up and they say were closed & already iced up everything Ummmmm I paid for it & have the order #. Sorry I dont know what to tell you If anyone knows a good number to call to get my money refunded, please let me know. They just lost a customer for sure. Mm Oh & by the way, there was 6 cars behind me.
