Taco Bell

You guys need to get this location staffed properly. It has taken an hour to get through a drive through. I'm sire it's door dash and party packs, make them go inside. The order to serve time is wild.

Still only drive thru. Long lines. Frustrating. Other taco bell's are dine in but this one is closest to my house. Update 5/20/22: I gave it another shot since I was waiting on my car a block away at Discount Tire. Ordered online and went to pick up about 4pm, and doors were locked. Had to walk to drive thru window. When I asked why the doors were locked they shrugged and said they didn't know. Then rudely shut the door on my face when I asked you talk with the manager. It's hot outside and had to eat outside because didn't want my ice to melt on my way back to Discount Tire nor my tacos soggy. If they were at least polite I'd probably go back. But I'll do Subway next time.

Looks like restaurant is short staffed. Have to wait an hour in drive through to get the food. Food tasted cold and bad

I normally give some leeway with how arduous working food is, but today this place just...just no. The two working the drive through were very rude and condescending and the food was icy cold when it got to me. I also didn't recieve a receipt so I can't even contact and give names. This is not normal here, so I hope they do better.

Please consider changing your hours of operation if youre short staffed due to COVID-19 and everything else in between. Its such a huge inconvenience burning gas only to find a sign on the door or drive threw speaker that says closed during regular hours of operation.
