The doctor was quite nice and knowledgeable however the staff seems to be disorganized in my opinion. I have ordered contacts from them multiple times and each time has gotten delayed. The last time I ordered contacts it took a month for them to arrive and when they arrived they did not even let me know. Dont think Ill be coming back here.

First time here and was skipped twiceI heard one person who had an appointment after me go before me so I went up to the fd and told em, they were fast to get me to do my exam, after they said the dr would be right with me and I was skipped again by another person who had their exam done after me. I think it was the Dr error who was on the shift 3/18/24. Front desk young lady was very helpful on rescheduling my appointment with a better Dr. I hope next visit is better than this first one.

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at the eye doctors! This was my first time ever coming to TSO and will be my last. The optometrist that performed my eye exam gave me a prescription that was a little too strong which was giving me headaches. (Ive worn glasses for over 20 years, I know when a prescription is way too strong.) I came back two weeks later (was told I had to wait more than two weeks to ask for a recheck of my vision.) When I arrived two weeks later, the front desk staff as very rude and unhelpful. I explained the situation and asked to be recheck then requested a copy of my prescription and was told they could not give me a copy of the prescription I was given in my new frames which was odd to me. I was then told to wait for the optometrist to come in which didnt take long which I was grateful for. He was able to recheck my vision and correct my prescription and was very apologetic about it. He then asked me if I wanted to speak with Yoli which is the manager and I responded, No, she was standing there the entire time during the horrible encounter with the front desk staff and said nothing nor did she assist or intervene. All in all, I would not recommend this place and will be returning back to the place I went to years prior regardless of pricing.
