        phenomenally unprofessional. my friend booked a stay and when we arrived, the front desk receptionist told us the entire place was booked and that we could try again in a few days, even though we had a reservation? I have NEVER in my life experienced a situation like this. The receptionist didnt offer to help us find my friend another place to stay, and was abhorrently rude when I insisted he help us understand why this happened. you are much better off staying at an air bnb.
