I consulted with an engineer from Titan who gave me the name and contact info for a foundation repair company that highly highly recommended. He was going to work with this company to make sure the job was done properly and provide a written report when finished. The engineer came out to the house and consulted with the foundation guy. The guy he referred turned out to be his buddy with a new business. The foundation work was done improperly, not up to code, didn't level the house as was hired to do, and caused damage to the house that would not have happened if done properly. I paid the foundation guy before he was finished (my mistake) and he never came back to finish. I tried repeatedly to get ahold of the engineer and the foundation guy, and neither would return my call. Now I need to hire another foundation company to fix what was needed in the first place and fix the errors done by the first guy.
