        Worked well for first few months then major problems occur. I tried to do an even exchange at pilot and they would not take it even with the one year warranty on the box. After much invested time talked to someone from customer service and I had to download a program on my laptop connect my device to it deactivate the ear sensor and now it seems to work okay. The comfort feel and look of the device is 5 stars
