Rick's Cleaners

Update: A kind gentleman from Rick's Cleaners reached out and went above and beyond on making things right, I honestly was not expecting that, but I am happy they cared to fix things. They care about their customers, and because of that, I recommend them. Just the thought of reaching out says a lot about a business. Definitely give them a try. This is my experience with Rick's Cleaners 500 W William Cannon Dr #404. I took a comforter in really good condition to be dry cleaned for 2 round spots about 4 inches in width, I mentioned it would need to be spot treated. When I picked it up I noticed it had a streak of what looks like rust color looking stains, the area that the stains are on, looks like it got caught on something as the material looks to be crinkled specifically where those new rust looking stains are. I did mention it to the lady. Those stains were not there when I dropped it off. She proceeded to argue that it was full of stains; which is false,there 6 only 2 round stains, which was the purpose of getting it dry cleaned. The comforter is also now clumpy everywhere. The inside filling that was evenly distributed is now ruined and clumps throughout the comforter. I am very disappointed with their service, as I received it in worse shape than when I dropped it off. I definitely don't recommend taking any comforters to be dry cleaned to Rick's Cleaners located at 500 W William Cannon Dr #404, Austin TX.

Is the second time that missed details about what I asked. Specially when you are planing to leave out of town and you are getting the wrong things. No time to correct things and fill frustrated. Now I will need to correct things myself.
