        Tried Rinse for the first time as the prices seemed fair and the convenience was crazy tempting. Everything was picked up and dropped off right on time and I was really quite happy. I did have a problem with one of my shirts, the collar had been improperly pressed and was wrinkled in such a manner that basically I was gonna have to press it myself. I let Support know that night about the problem and I sent them a picture of the shirt. Within 24 hours they got back to me, gave me some credit back to my account and apologized for the mistake. Even though there was an error, this kind of Customer Support doesnt go unnoticed by me and Im definitely going to use them again because of it. Stuff happens. They made it right.
