My wife and I have been patients of Doctor Tamayo for over a year now. We could not be more pleased, he listens, he is thorough, patient with us and most importantly he is accessible and responsive. I have been on 2 trip this past year, one out of the country and most recently out of state, both times I needed help and each time he either picked up the phone or called back right away. This Direct Care is invaluable to my wife and I and we have recommend Dr Tamayo to our family and friends.

I have been seeing Dr. Hector Tamayo for years. He started my primary care almost 10 years right after my heart attack and open heart surgery. He is so kind and compassionate. He is so responsive to my calls. He has my health as a top priority. I have never felt rushed, he spends all the time to answer all my questions and feel comfortable. I totally feel comfortable HIGHLY recommending you to give him a call.

Dr. Tamayo has been an exceptional on-call doctor for both my husband and me. His responsiveness, thoroughness, and helpfulness have truly exceeded our expectations. Notably, he has gone above and beyond by assisting us on weekends and after hours. Having someone who knows our medical history so well is incredibly comforting, and Dr. Tamayo has been there for us whenever we've needed him. DIRECT CARE OF AUSTIN. HECTOR E.TAMAYO MD The experience that I and my family have had with Dr. Hector Tamayo has been completely excellent. I have a chronic illness, many health problems, all kinds of symptoms, completely sick, I no longer knew what to do to get better, all the previous doctors before Tamayo no longer knew what to do with me, they did not listen to me nor did they care about my symptoms, pains. Until I called Dr. Hector Tamayo, and he immediately helped me a lot, he listened to me, he understood me, he was not afraid, he acted quickly, completely professional, and I did not hesitate or wait to help me, in one of my worst moments of health.
