While I found Dr. Campa's suggestions to be insightful and helpful, and I appreciated her efficiency in addressing several of my issues today, I was also uncomfortable during my conversation with her, possibly due to a mismatch in personality. When I revealed certain ways I had been using topical medications, I felt rather shamed for using some of them incorrectly, mostly due to her manner of speaking. Though I understand that part of being a doctor is advising people about how to use medication properly, I found her affect to be unnecessarily adversarial. Furthermore, she appeared annoyed or skeptical toward my personal experience trying various dandruff shampoos, almost as though my previous attempts or knowledge was threatening to her own expertise. I acknowledge that I could have misinterpreted aspects of her demeanor, but from my perspective I simply felt lucky that I came to the visit very prepared; otherwise, I would have felt too intimidated to have a conversation on truly productive and equal terms. Due to these issues, I don't think I would like to continue meeting with Dr. Campa, which is unfortunate because aside from the tone of our conversation, her care was quite good.

Dr. Campa was great and her staff were very helpful. It wasnt a long wait, everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I can highly recommend Dr. Campa and ARC.
