    What a ridicuous waste of time! I scheduled an appt and yesterday they called to move up to morning. Glad I could be flexible since I have a full time job. There were several people in the waiting room that were pissed because they had been waiting so long. I was expecting a 'full body scan' which is what the appointment person confirmed the day prior. I never disrobed. The doctor basically did nothing. I had 4 spots checked in locations I could pull my pant leg up or shirt sleeve up. And that cost $195 out of pocket!!? The MD was clearly pissed off that she had to work on a Friday, 'due to a scheduling error'. So your poor planning is MY PROBLEM?? I didn't receive the scan or care I expected. Now I will need to try and book with Westlake instead to see if I can actually get the scan I was wanting to complete. Don't waste my time and money because you're salty you have to show up for work. Give me an entitled break. Go see other doctors who actually care about their patients interests.

    I walked into the building in a great mood then I walked out of the building in tears. Im self-pay and asked multiple times if they take Care Credit. Over the phone, they told me yes, I checked in the day of my appointment, they said yes- when I was in the doctors office, they said yes. But when it was time to check out and pay.. all of the sudden they DONT take Care Credit. I asked the price for self-pay over the phone and was told it would be $45 - $233. I had to pay $206 out of pocket even though I didnt receive a diagnosis or treatment. Which is even more upsetting since I asked over the phone if my situation is something they can help with and was told yes. The visit was unproductive, misleading, and very upsetting. I was pretty much robbed. Stay far far away!!!
