They just don't have their admin or billing in order, which creates a customer nightmare. I went in as a new customer for a standard cleaning. They asked me 3x before my appointment for my insurance, which I gave. I also shared it when I showed up at the appointment, and then DURING the appointment I sat in the chair as they checked my insurance. They assured me it was all "fine". The dental hygenist took 90 mins, which was crazy. I asked her to speed up and that I didn't want anything "extra". She assured me everything was standard. My entire appointment was 2 hours for a standard cleaning. Now, nearly 9 months after my appointment they are telling me I owe $$ hundreds of dollars. After a lot of back and forth billing to ignore it and everything would be taken care of, but they warnings and bills still arrive. It's nervewracking. I have never been involved with any medical office that is more disorganized with their billing. I recommend not using these folks. There are a lot of great dentists in the area to choose from!!!

Dr Dizon is the best dentist I ever had! One of the most jarring tasks that comes with moving is finding your doctors. I am so fortunate to have found this practice on my first try here in Austin. He was the most thorough, informative and kind. Rebecca and Ashlyn who assisted me were absolutely amazing as well. I cant wait for my next cleaning, also the best I ever had. Just wonderful!
