I will start with saying- I am not a patient. But one of your employees, specifically the driver of the black Mercedes is quite rude. She banged on my car to stick a note telling me not to park there. She has gotten in my familys face to prove a point regarding parking. Try reserving a few spots and maybe not having employees that resort to violence and loudness to simply prove a parking point. Yes, I understand your business does not benefit from the influx of parents- but your next door neighbors (Goodwill) do! We bring in quite a lot of business to them. Good work here or not, Id say avoid this business for the sheer lack of humanity in the staff.

I love Dr. Arnold and her staff Veronica, Vickie, and Zudi! She is one of the kindest doctors ever. They are so welcoming and so personal. They take out time to do quality work and actually care about their patients and they answer all questions. Im a dental hygienist and would definitely recommend them for orthodontic treatment.
