I went to this office because it was the closest in my insurance network. I went in for my free cleaning and checkup, they scammed me into paying $60 for another dentist "specialist" to look in my mouth for 4 seconds and just repeat what the first said. They tried to get me to pay for $7K (WITH INSURANCE) worth of procedures for what I found out after is just common dental place scams. I kept trying to leave and the financial lady kept saying I needed to hop on this opportunity and take out a Care Credit Card if I needed. So insane. Do NOT go here.

Ive had oral surgery here twice now, plus several consultations & Ive had nothing but positive attitudes & all the dentists and surgeons Ive spoken to have been so nice & my recoveries have been successful.

Ill start by saying the dentists and hygienists are always super nice and amazing. That said, I wont be back to this practice. Every time Ive ever had an appointment either something wasnt working, or someone couldnt find what they needed. That doesnt inspire a whole lot of confidence. The final straw was my last appointment after my bridge had been seated. I needed the final amount my bill was so that my flex spending account could reimburse me. The lady at the front couldnt give them that. She didnt even know my bridge had been seated FOUR MONTHS EARLIER! I had my insurance and the health spending account place call them and see what could be done. Insurance suggested that they submit everything to them so I could be paid back. She said it had been. It wasnt. They only submitted part of it from the specialist. She said they were required to submit the rest even after I asked them to so I wasnt out of pocket on this. She kept refusing and got super irritated. I, and the insurance called multiple times and got the same response. I threw my hands up and just paid it out of pocket. This office is terrible if only for the front desk people. Theres no communication between the north and south office and thats unacceptable. Im sad because I loved my dentist but its not worth the hassle of the incompetent front desk employees.

This place has personally lost my business. Marc Amsili bullies you into impossible scenarios, and its absurd how they retain any customers. I don't care how well trained you are, you need to treat others with basic respect.
