I booked A massage over the phone, they asked me to fill out some paperwork regarding Health. Im nine weeks pregnant and notated that I was pregnant. No Info popped up saying they wont massage people in their first trimester. so I arrived 30 minutes early, 15 minutes for the appointment And it was Valentines Day so they asked us to arrive an additional 15 early if we wanted to use valet. I arrive 30 minutes early for my appointment. I sit in the waiting area for 45 minutes waiting. Once they get me in the room they finally tell me that theyre unable to give me a massage because Im nine weeks pregnant. This was not listed on their website when I filled out the questionnaire, no one called me and told me that they wouldnt be able to give me massage. So I drove 45 minutes in traffic to get there to sit around for another 45 minutes only to be told that I cannot be helped. This couldve all been avoided if someone mentioned this before hand

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shade, my esthetician. At 73, Ive had my fair share of facials and she was by far the best! She was simply amazing!!

I came here for a facial on 2/2/24 and my esthetician, Shade, was absolutely amazing. She recommended some great products and made me feel so pampered for the duration of my treatment. The facilities are amazing. I arrived early and spent time in the steam shower, followed by the lounge, complete with a gratitude corner, snacks and tea, and the perfect comfy chairs to sit and read while I awaited my service. 10/10- Ive already rebooked and cant wait to be back!
