After a Windows 10 update blocked my PC from accepting any further updates, I had a technology group try to help. Eventually they had to reinstall the Windows 10 operating system taking me back to factory default. Before performing this reinstall, I had asked the technician to please back up all my desktop apps. Unfortunately, the one app he did not backup was the virtual machine containing my 35 year old DOS-based database. It vanished in the click of a key stroke. Luckily, I found the original operating system's 5.25" floppy disks which I took to Flashback Data Recovery. Eric was not only able to access those operating files but transferred them to 3.5" floppies which were used to successfully restore my database within a recreated virtual machine. From here on, I will refer to Eric as The Magician!

Just awesome, can't say more. When all else failed (even MicroSoft). Flashback Data recovered my data in one day. Only problem is, I wish I would have sent them my hard drive sooner.

Flashback was very quick to get me all data on my crashed macbook. The Genius Bar at Apple could not help me nor could the other companies suggested by Apple. Thank you Flashback, you saved me 100's of hours of work that was nearly lost.

My issue started when a HDD failed with the Windows partition which required a reinstall. When I tried to recover from a backup image, the software began the installation on my multimedia RAID array rather than the new HDD drive I had installed. Long story short, the RAID array with 2.5 TB of data was corrupted. I contacted Flashback data and was connected to a data recovery specialist who was extremely knowledgeable. I'll refer to him as E. He analyzed my issue, suggested and assisted with the solution, and the majority of my data was recovered that had not been over written. It was a painstaking recovery to reorganize, but compared to the alternative, worth every minute of the effort. The engineer was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Flashback Data to anyone who has lost valuable data due to an inadvertent overwrite such as I had.
