I needed to submit documents for my new business in Austin. I called around 1230 to make sure that they were open as live an hour away. The person I spoke with insured me that they were open until 5 oclock. Once I got there at 2:45 I was told I need to go get some paperwork done at the clerks office. I proceeded to get that done and returned at 3:45. to be told by the security guard that they close for the day. I dont have to sleep in my car all night to wait for them to open at 7:45 AM. As I do not have time to return and do it. And like I said, living over an hour away. And no one mentioned to me that they would be closed before they told me to go get this other paperwork. Untrustworthy and horrendous service.

Are you the health dept. That denied that grieving mother her maternity leave? She gave birth to her daughter. Her stillborn baby daughter. She did not get to bring her baby home. And you told her it didnt matter! This is why womens rights need CHANGE! Its gross human behavior! Gross! And whether or not it was not written in your handbook, you knew that it should have been allowed and never mentioned! Just gross. Women need to drag these companies, govt. entities and scream, even if their voices shake! Im hoping this policy is changed. And this beautiful mom gets the time she deserves and more! I hope the human that told her this, loses their job over pure human ugliness! Shame on yall!

Ive gotten numerous tests over the last eight months and every time the process has been very fluid and handled with the utmost care for both the patient and provider. The longest I had to wait was maybe 30 minutes but that was with 30 parties in front of me back in January during a peak. Today, I just drive right in, my informations always at hand and correct, and Im out within five minutes. I am EXTREMELY grateful for all their help within the Austin community during this pandemic.

It is taking me well over a month to get the electronic copy of my COVID-19 vaccination record card. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been having an ongoing issue for my APH account on having access to this document, and nobody is taking any form of accountability for resolving this issue, after an initial email communication and four separate service requests. Followed-up phone calls from the patient are not documented, and service requests are immediately closed out once transferred apparently. I have no idea how they're tracking ongoing chronic issues. Patient information shouldn't be taking well over a month for accessing.
