Travis County Veterans Services

If you call nobody will answer,so you just have to go up there or hope you run into one of their reps to get scheduled. What's the point in offering services if you're not available to even schedule appointments to begin the process?

Staff was very friendly. Clarence was very helpful and got me through everything.

I have made calls, filled out online forms requesting appointment for assistance with increasing my VA benefits from 40% to 100%. It seems that no appointments are being scheduled. Basically, probably shut down. Should not be listed on Google maps. Website not kept up. Or totally ignoring Veterans who need their disability increased. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

I am compelled to express my vehement disappointment and frustration with the abysmal treatment that veterans receive from Travis County Veterans Services. Their deplorable conduct, marked by a blatant disregard for veterans' needs and a stunning lack of professionalism, warrants serious reconsideration of their ability to operate in service to those who have sacrificed so much for our nation. One of the most glaring issues is their egregious failure to respond to emails. Veterans, already burdened with the challenges of transitioning to civilian life, rely on efficient communication channels to access the support they need. It is nothing short of appalling that Travis County Veterans Services consistently neglects to respond to emails, leaving veterans in a state of uncertainty and distress. This reprehensible behavior not only wastes precious time but also exacerbates the stress that many veterans already endure.
