I have been using this service for almost 2 years
About Me: I am Autistic (high Functioning ) I am a Pizza Delivery Person who makes about 2K a month which is why I use this free service. The service is that I get supervised visits through them 2 times a month. I have used other paid services before. When Mom did not show she was charged for the visits. This caused delays in my Visits because I did not get any visits till mom paid. to date Mom owes me 3 Visits by court order. Court has just awarded me sandwich visits now so I cannot use this service anymore. on 4 separate occasions this service has not contacted me for cancellations of my visits when those occur. I travel an hour to get to the visit location Downtown and pay for parking every time. They are full of Excuses as to why they did not contact me and the story never changes. They do not make up any visits and they take no blame for any visits they cnacell without notice. The last time I saw my child was the 2nd week of February. After the first month of no visits...Mom turned up a Dr note for Covid and it had 10 days on it. It expired a month ago. Last week I go for my scheduled visit and they cancelled it without notice. Today I go in for a make up they scheduled with me. and they cancelled it again without notice. This was to be my last visit at this place and thank god it is as they are so unprofessional and take no responsibility for their mistakes. They dont activly do anything anyway. One time they did push back on Mom because my son came in with all sorts of questions about the court case this is around making it obvious that Mom was discussing the case with my son which is not supposed to be happening.Mom has skipped out on so many visits and has been using world events to avoid these visits. She even said to the Judge that she does not want these visits to happen. This place is biased against the Dads for sure. I have always been treated poorly by the therapist assigned to my case...and this person never thinks they are at fault for anything. Their service is good for someone with low income but you may not get to ever see your kid through them here is the fact. I have been with this service for about 2 years. well about 1.5 years really as I was with a different one before. I have missed a total of 8 visits so far through there service. 3 because mom decided not to show. 4 from their cancellations and one was my fault for being late. On top of that I have missed 1 visit in February, 2 in march, 2 in April, and 2 in May as well due to Covid and other excuses they keep coming up with. That being said. I should be getting 24 visits a year currently and over the past year in a half I have missed a total of 15 visits while with them. They will do nothing to help you get your visits back or even push back to the court of the unfair play going on.
So glad I am don't with them. I may be broke but I will pay for my visits to somebody that actually cares about my kids happiness. and not someone who thinks it is acceptable to keep parents away from their kids whenever we have a convenient excuse.
