We are going through probate and he is family oriented judge. He is fair, understanding but I think there should be some kind of class where people have a better understanding on how probate process goes. Of course, everything is about money that we didnt have except for My oldest sister got admistrator because of my mom leaving her as Beneficiary to our inheritance. She ran And hired an attorney as we thought it was gonna for the family estate, But turned out to be it was her attorney not ours. We were never told about the hearings that no one had the chance to Object to anything that she was doing , so much animosity going through our family, family fighting, with each other, That we shouldnt have never had her as an administrator because she had so much hate towards my brother, we didnt know they could be an executor from the outside that the judge couldve had assigned to be fair about everything. I recommend if there is Animosity going among the family, I recommend the judge assigning And executor by the court to be fair With our family situation decisions. Hey vine knew this before we could have done that instead of her being an administrator.
