Good service, I went in the morning to renew my title and there wasn't much of a wait, everything went well, plus there are people who assist you in Spanish and it's fantastic for someone who doesn't know English. I liked the place. You just enter and go to the machine. You give your number and she gives you a piece of paper and you wait your turn.

I visited this office to register my vehicles for disabled veteran plates. The wait was minimal; I was eighth in line upon arrival and quickly self-checked in at their kiosk. I recommend reviewing their website and requirements beforehand for a smoother experience. The staff provided a delightful customer experience, explaining the process and offering assistance in filling out forms. Although I initially couldn't find the disabled veteran plates forms, the first clerk kindly provided them when my ticket number was called. The integrity of the first clerk held true, and the second clerk I worked with was awesome, providing valuable information. While you can sign up for an appointment online, I opted for a walk-in, which proved faster than waiting for a scheduled appointment. Parking is easy, and they offer free WiFi. The proximity to my job was a definite plus!

I arrived at this office after having gone to others where unfortunately I was never able to enter because they were too full. I was amazed at this office, despite having arrived at 9am, it was not full, the facilities were clean and the guard was very accessible and friendly. When I was finally attended to, a girl named Jessica (I'm sorry I don't remember her last name) attended to me very kindly and efficiently. The process was easy and simple, thank you for everything, keep it up, I congratulate you!

Buen servicio pero cierran temprano si hay mucha gente, especialmente los viernes. Las empleadas hablan espaol. I got good service here. Just beware that they close early if theyre backed up. If youre going on a Friday, get there before 2PM. Drive through is open late for registration and simple tasks. Just have your insurance card printed.
