Scammed me out of $30. They charge a "subscription fee" of $30/month, which I paid back in December so I could try a session. I decided I didn't want to see this counselor and called to cancel my subscription. They have billed me ANOTHER $30 this month, despite my subscription being canceled in December. They keep insisting they haven't billed me, despite me sending screenshots to their billing department. Because their incompetent billing department would not refund me, I had to dispute it with my bank and cancel my card entirely just to stop from being billed monthly for a service I will not use again. I don't recommend this place, at all.

Its a scam! Kept charging a $39 charge to our card each month and at times $50. Six months later 210$ for a session in January that wasnt covered thru our insurance. They dont tell you this but in January of every year per their policy its a new calendar year so they code it differently and charge more to your insurance no it session code and different code so they charge blindly to the card you have on file late in the year. Counselor was quick to dismiss us because he had another session to jump to every time. Not worth it. Look elsewhere.
