In the wake of the pandemic, a show I had tickets for was postponed for a year. I reached out to ask if the original opener was still the planned opener. I got an email reply saying "Getting that started for you. Refunds may take up to 30 days and can only be sent to the original method of payment. Thanks, MW" I replied saying I wasn't asking for a refund, just a question about the opener. And then I get an email confirming the refund, as well as "Hello! If you are reaching out regarding a refund for a cancelled or postponed event - please be sure to include the show and city for which you need a refund. This will allow us to find your order more quickly! Best, Margin Walker" It's like a person that cuts you off mid-sentence because they think they know what you're going to say. Not great customer service.
