The Vanrossun Company remodeled a bathroom in my home. The bathtub was removed and a walk-in shower was installed. All the wall and floor tile was replaced. Touch up paint and painting the ceiling was done. The foreman and the workman were on time. Everyone was respectful. My hardwood floors from the front door to the bathroom were covered. Cleanup and sweeping was the last job every work day. The process went as quickly as it could during all the phases of the job. The amount quoted was the final amount at the end of the job. I picked out tile and fixtures and sent the selections to the office where they were ordered. Everything was easy. Good Job!! Completely satisfied!! I live in Colorado and manage a 120 year old house in downtown Austin that is used as commercial office space. One day my tenants said the second story portico deck was "wobbly". I received a referral from an Austin friend for a good remodel company and was turned on to VanRossun. Working from 700 miles away with Clint VanRossun was easy and we quickly developed a rapport and a plan of action. My tenants would give updates on progress and I was able to step back and let the tenants and Clint work out access and scheduling. I received a picture from my tenants showing the finished work - we ended up removing the portico altogether and replacing the glass sliding door with a transom window which gave my tenants more usable room for their work space.
