Randolph and his team were a pleasure to work with on my Bouldin remodel projects. We partnered together on my living room wall, which we took down to the studs, designed, and remodeled into a beautiful fireplace with window and built-ins. He also custom-built a large metal front door for me, which really dressed-up the front of my house. Randolph has an eye for materials and he truly cares about every little detail. It's unusual to meet a builder who is so responsive and attentive; Randolph was always on top it each step with a priority on quality over speed. Beyond his professionalism, Randolph is a genuinely great guy! He's honest, hard-working, and fair. I highly recommend Jarrett Industries if you're looking for a remodel contractor.

Unfortunately, the experience was not good. During covid, supply chain delays were understandable. However, promises not kept, even generous time lines ignored, costs unpredictable, nothing written down, made for a lot of anxiety. The work was ok (despite punch lists NEVER completed), but definitely not worth the hassle. He still owes me money. Fall for the charm at your own risk. Working with Jarrett Industries on the remodel and update of my condo in Austin has been a great experience! Randolph is so easy to talk to which makes you feel confident about the whole remodel process.He and his team elevated my home to an aesthetic and design that aligns perfectly with my own personal style.
