We recently had a water leak in our rental property. All Done came recommended for mitigation and they fully delivered on our expectations. James was very professional, answered our questions, walked us through the insurance claim process. Mitigation started on the next day of the walkthrough and crew was knowledgable, courteous and professional. We are looking forward to working with them on the reconstruction process as well. Highly recommend All Done for mitigation! Edit - I also worked with All Done on the reconstruction and I was given equally good service if not better. Christian was responsive, finished work on time and didnt complain for minor patch ups needed after the walkthrough. I dont stay in Austin but I dont need to drive down even once during reconstruction. Highly recommended !
