        Starbucks coffee is not my thing I can't stand the double roasted burnt beans. You end up having to put so much cream and sugar you're pretty much not even drinking coffee anymore.

        Staff is very rude. Time after time, I gave this place a chance. I had to drive out of the way to another Starbucks location because the staff was terrible.

        The lady was so rude, they gave me a coffee that was cooler than kids temp, so I asked for a cup of ice to pour it over since they couldnt heat it up and I didnt want to waste it. She took it and threw it away without saying anything, and made me an iced coffee that was disgusting and had half the amount of coffee that my original drink had. I saw her whip it together. I am extremely disappointed, her attitude has ruined my day, and paying $10 for coffee and a sandwich that is NOT Starbucks quality. What a waste of time and energy.
