I am a faithful, long time supporter of Starbucks and have been a star rewards card holder for nearly a decade now. However, the Bee Caves Starbucks completely sucks. I came in today for the first time this morning since I wanted a change of scenery from the Starbucks I typically frequent. HUGE mistake. Places like this are the reason why my personality is the way it is: I'd rather frequent quality places I'm familiar with than try something new and be unexpectedly disappointed like this. I literally just arrived, ordered my drink and settled in 15 minutes ago before a barista came up to my table telling me that they just closed at 12:00pm. WHAT?!? At NOON on a busy Sunday when the sun is shining and the store is bustling?! It made absolutely no sense to me. So, I ask this barista what the store's hours are. He says has no idea and gives me the lame excuse that he doesn't typically work there & was just helping them for the day. Well, he is working there today so he SHOULD know their hours, especially if he is telling people to leave because they are now closed. I ask him to ask another barista. His lazy self refuses to, so he starts turning to glance at the door but doesn't completely check the schedule. He makes something up, telling me they close at 8pm on Sundays. Not the case. I check the hours at the door and go back to the counter where he now is, telling him the correct hours. He blankly stares at me before making more excuses that don't make any sense. Pathetic! How inconvenient and what a waste of my time. All the other customers in the store were also irritated they were closing. Don't bother coming here just to be annoyed and inconvenienced by workers who don't know what they're doing!

This is my go to Starbucks and I am extreemly disipointed to say that the service and quality have really taken a dive recently. I have been there twice now when they cannot only take cash and I am turned away. I go out of my way to go there in moring Austn traffic so this is a big inconvinece for me. On top of that the person helping me was rude about it. The other thing that is anoying is that they are constintaly running out of Splinda. When I go to other Starbucks I never have this issue. I understand it this were to happen once or twice but this is happening all the time. And lastly, there has been a couple times when I have ordered a dripp coffee lately when they give me the last bit in the container and it's filled with coffee grindes! There is nothing more disgusting than getting a mouth full of coffee grinds in you $4 ,coffee in the morning. I have been going to this Starbucks for years and it was never like this before. Very disipointing : (
