Dunkin'

This location is rarely open and theyre always out of everything. Im not sure if its truly short staffing or being out of ingredients or they just dont care and dont want to serve anyone. Today was my 4th and last unsuccessful attempt at giving them my money. :(

Probably the worst place I have ever gotten coffee. Staff is extremely rude. They closed the lobby and made me wait in a 30 min line to get my order that I ordered ahead of time online. I called and asked if they could walk my coffee out and they refused. I also told them there was at least six cars in line and she said maam there is only two when Im looking right at them. She also said it is not a 30 minute line when Ive waited in a dunkin line many times, and Ive also already been sitting for ten minutes and Im not even half way to the front. They need to do better. I know all about being short staffed, Im a general manager, but there was no excuse for the rudeness today.

I took my children to get ice cream after school. Everything started out fine, until I guess my order was too long. As I was ordering the employee taking our order sighed and said rudely "is that it?!" It was not the end of my order but decided to just end the order (2 ice cream cones and 3 ice cream cups) At the drive through window the employee told me my card "timed out". I gave her the same card which she snatched out of my hand. I have never had an issue before. But today the service was terrible and the employee Tamera was rude.

Apparently they dont open until 5:30 on the weekends even tho it says their hours were confirmed by dunkin 2 weeks ago here. Super rude too
