Dunkin'

I went this morning to get some donuts and saw they had avocado TOAST with tomatoes. Thats whats shown on their menu. So I ordered it ( $3.29 ) I get to the window and they hand me a piece of bread with guacamole on it with everything bagel and then told me I had to ask for the roasted tomatoes. Even though thats whats shown on the menu. It wasnt even toasted. There was no just regular guacamole bread on the menu, then I look in the bag of chocolate donuts and they are thrown in the bag, chocolate all over the place. Like wtf.. I cant even reach in the bag without getting chocolate all over my forearms. Worst Dunkin Donuts by far. This was my first and last trip to this location.

Literally gave us hot water instead of hot chocolate and hot coffee. Worst Dunkin experience ever. Dunkin hot chocolate is my favorite and now Im scarred. I think too many times before posting a negative review, but oh boy were we disappointed !!!

I've been here a few times with mixed results, but today was the final straw. Got there with my kid and saw a line, but was eventually told that they were "not accepting walk in orders." Tried downloading the app, but the donut my kid wanted wasn't on the app. I can't take my family here if there's a chance they won't be able to order, so we'll be going elsewhere in the future.
