        I'm not sure if this location sent it, but Urban Outfitters, you are WRONG for this. Pieces came broken off. Which isn't even surprising because the condition of this packaging job. Do better.

        I called to confirm that my order was received for in-store pickup because I didnt receive a email/text confirmation. First two employees I spoke with, were very sweet until they passed me off to the manager. Rudely asked what the issue was, and proceeded to tell me it was my fault all I asked was if they received my order I placed 5 hrs prior calling the store
