Dr. Saira and Shain are both absolutely wonderful. I have been in their care for about a year now and am so glad to have met them. They are very thoughtful in their care plan and answer my a million questions in a way thats so easy for me to understand whats going on with my body. I have seen multiple other chiropractors and even functional medicine doctors and trust them the most! I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I am finishing up my initial care plan with Caim Chiropractic and I couldn't be happier. I spent the majority of my time with Dr. Saira who has been fantastic. She was very easy to work with and listened to the information I reported and provided very thoughtful and specific treatment to address all concerns. At the end of my plan I have noticed significant improvement to all reported concerns that we discussed at the beginning of the process. Dr. Saira also provided great advice and resources outside of the care plan that have been great additions to my day to day health care routine. I have visited a number of different chiropractic practices in the past and I highly recommend Dr. Saira and Caim Chiropractic!

Had my first consultation recently and everything about it was stellar. Booking the appointment was effortless. The availability of appointments can accommodate any schedule. I am so busy during the work week and their weekend and evening availability is so refreshing. The communication before the visit and appointment reminders were helpful. Easy electronic intake form process. The consult with Shaina Nolley, DC, ACN was thorough and thoughtful. The fact that there is a holistic component incorporating functional medicine tenets is reassuirng. This is not your old school chiropractic practice. If you are hesitant about chiropractic manipulation, do not worry, this is not the only focus of the practice and not the only method they use. I felt so much better after just one visit. I already scheduled another appointment. Do yourself a favor and check out Caim Chiropractic!
