I'm very happy with my experience working with Dr. Lay! I have had neck pain for over a year and received treatments from various professionals (physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, etc.). However, Dr. Lay was the only doctor that helped to take away the pain. I am incredibly satisfied with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone that's looking for great results!

Dr. Lay cares, listens, and I believe he does everything he can to help you heal up. I saw 2 different chiro groups and one specialist PT to get my hip and back in order, none really addresses my core issues, and Dr. Lay's treatment and recommendations are what fixed it. I recommend Dr. Lay.

Dr. Lay is the fifth chiropractor I've seen in Austin and by far the best. He not only gave me the needed adjustments to help reset imbalances back into place, but gave me exercises (with specific instructions) to get me to a pain free place! The massages from staff are also great and help make the adjustments easier. He was able to demonstrate where muscular weaknesses were creating imbalances and how that translated to limited movement and back pain. He also takes insurance, which made him the most affordable chiropractor I've seen. Affordable and effective? Highly recommend!
